Are you doing ineffective exercise to lose belly fat. You have been dieting for weeks, months even. Or you have started to notice getting into your favourite jeans is not as easy as it once was.
So your doing something about it but guess what. Your feeling great. Your health has improved but your belly fat is going nowhere.
You have seen all the ultra fit folks on TV doing abdominal crunches etc with their perfect flat stomachs. So what do you do. Countless crunches, sit-ups and push ups. You formulate a daily routine and your determination to stick to it knows no bounds.
But your belly fat is going nowhere. Well I know exactly how you feel. I have been there and I know how frustrating the whole experience can be.
While crunches and sit-ups etc are great they are not the best exercise to lose belly fat. Their great for building muscle definition but they will not get rid of the fat covering them.
If your serious and want to consign your belly fat to history you really need to focus on including aerobic exercise into your programs. Focusing on one part of your body will rarely work, introducing some aerobic routines into your program will challenge your whole body and this in return will reduce belly fat.
You need to include 20-30 minutes of steady aerobic exercise such as jogging, swimming or if you prefer to exercise in your own home then aerobic videos are perfect. If your not used to exercise make sure you are physically ok to do this type of activity and do not have any health concerns that would make this unwise.
